Dry powder briquette machine mainly is used to press materials which are hard to press. The feature is high pressre, adjustable main motor rotors, and it has screw feeding system.
The structure of dry powder briquette machine:
1. Feeding part: The main purpose is to realize the materials quantitative feeding to the roller.
The screw feeding device is driven by an electromagnetic speed-regulating motor, which is forced by the belt pulley and the worm decelerator to press into the main feeding port. Due to the constant torque characteristics of the electromagnetic speed regulating motor, when the feeding amount of the screw feeder is equal to the amount of material required by the main machine, a stable feeding pressure can be maintained so that the pellet quality is stable. If the amount of feeding is too large, the feeder will be electrically overloaded. If the amount of feeding is too small, it will produce ball briquette.
2. Transmission part: transmission system,motor,V-belt, reducer, openning gear, roller.
The main engine is powered by an electromagnetic speed control motor, and is transmitted to the drive shaft through a pin-shaft coupling via a pulley and a cylindrical gear reducer. The active shaft and the driven shaft are guaranteed to run synchronously through open gears. The hydraulic bearing is installed behind the passive bearing seat. Hydraulic protection device is the hydraulic pump to drive the high pressure oil into the hydraulic cylinder to make the piston produce axial displacement. The front joint of the piston rod is topped on the bearing seat to meet the production pressure requirements.
3.Molding part: it refer to the main machine, core part is the roller. When much more material is fed between the two rollers or they enter the metal block, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is overloaded, the hydraulic pump stops, the accumulator buffers the pressure change, the relief valve opens and returns, and the piston rod shifts. The gap between the press rolls is increased so that the hard objects pass through the press rolls, the system pressure returns to normal, and the press roll can be protected from damage. The pressure can be adjusted according to the requirements of the pressure ball density, and the production is flexible.
